I’m sure you’re already aware that food has become a key part of the bodybuilding diet.

You can get a little bit of protein, some fat and carbs to fuel your muscles, and a healthy dose of calcium and iron too.

But what about a protein shake?

You might be wondering what is a ‘protein shake’?

Protein is the building block of all living things, from yeast to plants, and it’s essential for life.

Protein is used in many other foods too, from meat and milk to fruit and vegetables.

Protein helps maintain a healthy immune system and boosts energy levels.

In fact, research has shown that a daily protein intake can increase energy levels by 50 per cent and improve muscle mass and strength by 40 per cent.

 And while the average American consumes around 500mg of protein a day, a healthy person should consume around 2,000mg of the stuff a day to maintain muscle mass.

Now you might be asking yourself, ‘what’s a good protein shake?’

The answer is simple: it’s protein powder.

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a big fan of protein powders.

They’re cheap, easy to make, and you can make a protein powder in less than an hour.

But, for the record, it’s not easy to get protein powder to store in a food container.

Protein powder is made by mixing two types of powders: water and protein powder together.

When you mix a water-protein powder with a protein (usually whey protein) like whey or casein, it forms a solid powder. 

When you combine whey and water together, they form a gel, which is basically a solid and gel-like mixture.

When it comes to protein powding, you need to mix the two ingredients in a blender or food processor to make a gel.

What about a healthy protein shake and how do you make it?

Protein shakes are actually quite easy to prepare and store.

Simply mix all the ingredients together, then put them in a container.

I like to use a container made out of a plastic bag.

There are lots of different types of protein shakes available.

You might be surprised to find out that there are a lot of different options for how much you should consume.

For example, a protein drink can range from 50-100 calories, depending on how much protein it contains.

A regular shake will contain between 5-15 grams of protein.

And, for a protein meal, you might want to mix two to four shakes into one meal, which could add up to about 1,000 calories. 

The best protein shake is the one that has a solid gel in it, which means it will stay firm even after you shake it.

A good quality protein shake will have a good amount of protein in it and will be easily absorbed by your system.

The only downside of a good quality shake is that it’s a bit hard to digest, so make sure you make a few of your own before you buy it.

It will help you to stay healthy and strong for longer, and help you get the most out of your workout routine.
