How to eat a vegetarian bodybuilder diet

According to a new study, you should start by cutting out the dairy, eggs, and sugar.

As the author of the study, a professor at Rutgers University, points out, there are plenty of other benefits to eating vegetarian and you could cut out dairy and eggs if you want.

“A vegetarian diet is not just for vegans, it’s good for everyone,” says Mark Staver, professor of nutrition at Rutgers.

“It’s good at helping you get in shape, and it’s a great source of protein.

People who are vegan should be able to get away with it, because they don’t need as much of the other things they get from the animal products.”

Staver is also the lead author of a new paper published in the journal Nutrition Research and Practice.

It’s the first study to examine the health benefits of a vegetarian diet.

The paper also found that it helped people who had diabetes and high blood pressure.

“We found that the vegetarian diet led to lower levels of obesity, lower levels a high blood glucose level, and lower levels in cholesterol,” says Staver.

“People on the vegetarian-diet had lower levels that of people on the standard American diet.”

Stavington says that his findings were similar to the results of a 2012 study published in The Journal of the American College of Cardiology, which found that eating a vegetarian-style diet increased the number of red blood cells.

That study found that vegans have about 4,000 fewer red blood cell cells than people who eat meat.

“That study looked at a vegetarian population and it looked at people who are overweight, and those people had a higher blood pressure,” says Strathers.

“Vegetarians have lower blood pressure than non-vegans.”

Vegetarian diets don’t always have to be healthy and they may not be good for you if you have diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease.

Staver points out that people with these diseases could have a higher risk of death, but the vegetarian diets were a much better choice.

“Vegetables and meat are the same in terms of their glycemic load,” says Stratas.

“But the glycemic index of a plant is the ratio of glucose to carbs.

If you’re a vegetarian, you’re getting a very low glycemic response to a lot of these foods.””

The vegetarian diet actually reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, but it’s really important that you are not eating a lot.

The vegetarian diet will give you a very high level of glycemic control,” says the professor.

Staving’s study found vegetarians had lower body fat, lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides, and higher HDL levels.

“I think people who have diabetes and are obese are probably going to be at higher risk for cardiovascular disease,” says Dr. Staver “But people who don’t have diabetes are not at risk, because their glycemia is low and they don, in fact, have less insulin and less triglycerides than the rest of the population.”
