I have a bodybuilder background and have done a ton of leg training.
I did a ton back in the day, but I always had a hard time sticking to it.
My goal was to get my legs stronger and then my back to be a lot stronger.
I used to say to myself, “When I get stronger, I’ll be able to run around with my legs like they were made of iron”.
I was always pretty good with it.
I had to get better, so I started using a lot of supplements.
One of them was creatine.
I took it on the weekend after a big workout, and it was really powerful.
It gave me a really good boost in my training.
Then I went back to bodybuilding.
I went from being a big fan of bodybuilding to just a fan of the sport.
When I got into it, it was a lot easier.
Now, I do all my leg training at home and do leg workouts every day.
That’s been my whole training philosophy.
The bodybuilding world is a very different sport than bodybuilding training.
Bodybuilding is all about strength.
You want to be strong.
You’re not going to be able do squats or bench presses with your bodyweight, so you’re not interested in getting big.
You are trying to be as strong as possible.
I think it’s a lot harder to become big in bodybuilding because you don’t have the same amount of muscle mass as in bodybuilder training.
You don’t get as much strength.
